QnE Service SupportAll the technical specialists at QnE Consultants have undertaken to be as approachable and accessible as possible. That is the reason why, as part of our service excellence motto, we have created multiple channels for our clients to reach us anytime and from any place. What this means is that we help to reduce our customers' downtime to a bare minimum.

Our service support tree consists of these four channels: Telephone Support – Our friendly Support Executives are always available to answer our clients' queries. Support via email – If we cannot resolve any problems over the telephone, users can send the backup files via email to us for investigation.

Remote support – We are also able to log into our clients' QnE modules via remote access software to rectify our clients' problems within the shortest time possible.

On-Site Support – Should there be any problems which cannot be rectified through the above three channels, we would be glad to send our Support Executives to meet our clients on-site.

The QnE School


QnE Consultants have made our Business Solutions tools as simple and intuitive to use as possible. Nonetheless, we understand that many of our clients feel more comfortable with a training regime in place. With that in mind, QnE Consultants has developed individual training syllabi for Business Solutions and all its modules.

Training can be conducted on-site using our clients' live data, or at QnE Consultants' full-featured training facility. Based on requirements, customised training schedules and syllabi can also be developed to suit end-users' technical competencies and knowledge.

QnE Bespoke


QnE Consultants are not providing an off-the-shelf product. All our Business Solutions are customisable modules which can be specifically optimized to our clients' individual needs and requirements. The fact that QnE Consultants undertakes all customisation in-house is just one more reason why we are so effective. Our long-standing partners are appreciative of the fact that we are with them from commencement of project until full commissioning and implementation.
